Refunds

Fresh flower and plant orders are non-refundable after they have left The Blue Daisy studio. Each order is accompanied by a tag with care instructions with best practices for keeping your flowers fresh for as long as possible. Should there be a question as to the quality of the flowers once received, The Blue Daisy Floral Designs must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will be happy to give thoughtful consideration and to work with you on a replacement of equal or greater value. No replacements will be issued after 24 hours of order receipt, nor will replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.

Non-fresh product refunds are available in the same method of payment within 14 days of purchase. Product must be returned to The Blue Daisy Floral Designs in new, unopened/unused condition in order to receive refund. Sale or discount products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

The Blue Daisy Floral Designs is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. The Blue Daisy Floral Designs will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

Refunds, cancellations, or replacements will not be issued due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Incorrect addresses, addresses with restricted access, recipients not available to receive delivery, or any other reason the product cannot be successfully delivered will not result in refunds or replacements. 

In the case of institutional deliveries (hospitals, nursing care facilities, schools, office buildings etc.) where the delivery is required to be left at a drop off point or front desk, The Blue Daisy Floral Designs is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery. No refunds or replacements will be issued. 


Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been created. The order delivery may be redirected to another location or recipient (additional delivery fees may apply). 

Substitutions

Due to the nature of the cut flower and plant industry and the volatility of the hard goods market, materials (flowers, plants and/or containers) of equal or greater value may be substituted. All of our designs are “Designer’s Choice” and use the freshest available product. Colorways may vary slightly but our design aesthetic will remain intact. The Blue Daisy Floral Designs reserves the right to change, modify, or amend this policy at any time.
